Anne E. Grimes Lankford

Anne E. Grimes Lankford, age 92, went to be with the Lord on November 24, 2023 while with her son and family in Glasgow, Ky.

She was born February 7, 1931, to the late Ennis and Bessie Grimes. Preceded in death by parents and daughter, Mary Dianne Lankford Cotton.

Survived by daughter Patricia (Billy) McGee, son, Bobby (Elizabeth) Lankford; sister Mary Alice (James Lee) Tomlin; grandson, Bryant Oden, Derric (Paige) Cotton, Bronson (Mary Margo) Lankford, granddaughters, Carma (Hunter) Daniel, Molly (Cole) Warf, Megan (Ryan) Haskins, nine great granddaughters, seven great grandsons, two great-great granddaughters.

Anne retired from Aladdin Industries in Nashville. After retirement, she enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchild. A special thanks to Hospice of Southern Kentucky for their care of Anne. At the request of Anne, there will be no visitation or funeral.
