Over the years Al tinkered at home with his CNC machine, enjoyed playing card games with family while cooking something on his smoker, and loved on his "granddogger". He was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather and will be missed by all who knew him.
Al is preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Catherine “Cap” Elizabeth Emerson, his brothers Otto Emerson and Howard Emerson and sisters Mary Cline and Judy Carmody.
