Dorothy Neeley Raines, age 76 of Franklin, TN passed away March 16, 2019. Preceded in death by daughter, Kimberely Dawn Raines; parents, Lloyd and Loraine Warren Neeley. Survived by: husband of 61 years, Floyd Raines; son, Mark (Lisa) Raines; brothers, Jimmy (Peggy) Neeley and Donald (Linda) Neeley; sister, Donna (Paul) Gossett; grandchildren, Jonathan (Rachel) Peck and Jason (Felicia) Raines; great grandchildren, Liberty and Grace Peck, Eliam and Isaac Raines. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Entombment in Magnolia Mausoleum in Williamson Memorial Gardens.
