Mr. John Edward Roberts, Jr., age 71 of Franklin, TN, October 18, 2014. Retired after 42 years of service from Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Preceded in death by parents, John & Beatrice Roberts, Sr.; brothers, Earl Roberts & Ernest Daugherty, Jr.; wife, Mayetta Roberts. Survived by sisters, Mary Poteete, Nancy (George) Ross and Betty Roberts; several nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 3:30PM Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment, Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family & Friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Assoc. or Happy Tales Humane Society.
