Josie Marlin

Mrs. Josie Frances Marlin, age 85 of the Harpeth Community passed away February 7, 2015. Preceded in death by parents, Emory & Willie Mai Culverson Creswell; husband, Jack Marlin, Jr.; daughter, Linda Faye Hughes; brother, Murray "Bud" Creswell; sisters, Mary Green and Mildred McCall. Survived by sons, Jackie (Kathy) Marlin, William David (Sally) Marlin and Mike "Shorty" (Pam) Marlin; sister, Jessie Wray; grandchildren, Kim (Randy) Cathey, Julie (Brian) Martin, Joanie (Wesley) Buchanan, Jake Marlin, Chastity Marlin, Joe Marlin and Chad (Ashton) Marlin; great-grandchildren, Taylor Cathey, Jack & Jessie Buchanan, Gracie & Josie Marlin, Lynlee & Laken Mix and Knox Marlin. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00PM Monday, February 9, 2015 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Bobby Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Active pallbearers: Jake, Chad & Joe Marlin, Taylor & Randy Cathey, Brian Martin and Wesley Buchanan. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of Williamson Medical Center. Memorials may be made to the Williamson Medical Foundation % Children's Hospital. Visitation will be 4-8PM Sunday and two hours prior to the service at Williamson Memorial.
