Joyce Frohock

Joyce Harkness Frohock, age 86 of Franklin, TN passed away December 11, 2016. She relocated from Florida eight years ago to be near family, whom she always held dear. For those who knew her, she was a reflection of the light of Jesus and many admired her for facing challenges with a grace and humble obedience that only God grants. She served as a volunteer in several churches over her life and at Alachua General Hospital in Gainesville, FL for 26 years. Her generosity and desire to serve others never wavered, and she encouraged others to the end. We rejoice in her beauty, courage and faith that persevered and spurs us on to the same hope and glory. Preceded in death by husband of 59 years, Robert Browning Frohock, Jr. and son Mark Christopher Frohock. Survived by: daughter-in-law, Tillie Frohock; sister, Phyllis Bates; grandchildren, Chris (Ashley) Frohock, Kyle (Tess) Frohock and Josh Frohock; great grandchildren, Justice, Nora, Charis, Haynes, Selah and Emmett Frohock. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Friday, December 16, 2016 at The Church at West Franklin, Rev. Kyle Frohock officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Friday at the church.
