Linda Sue Mealer, of Fairview, Tennessee, passed away on August 31, 2026, in Fairview, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on December 10, 1950, in Franklin, Tennessee.

Linda will be remembered with love by those who knew her and by the family who shared in her life. She was a member of Leiper’s Fork Church of Christ, a faith community that was part of her life and legacy.

She is survived by her brothers, Eddie Mealer, Marvin Mealer, and Ronald (Polly) Mealer, who carry forward her memory with affection and gratitude. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Dossie Mealer, and by her brothers, Charles Mealer, David Mealer, Larry Mealer, and Mike Mealer. As her family and friends gather to remember her, they also honor the lasting bond she shared with each of them.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 3009 Columbia Avenue, Franklin, Tennessee 37064. A second visitation will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service. The funeral service will follow on Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Burial will take place afterward from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Williamson Memorial Gardens, 3009 Columbia Ave, Franklin, Tennessee 37064.

Serving as pallbearers will be Charles Mealer Jr., Dustin Mealer, Chris Kelly, Travis White, Stacy Mealer and Joseph Mealer. Honorary pallbearers will be Mary Lou Reynolds and Cody Mealer.

Linda Sue Mealer’s life will be remembered with tenderness by her family, her church community, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. May her memory bring comfort and peace to those she leaves behind.
