ATKINS, Infant Luke William, 2 day old son of Chris and Rachel Atkins of Spring Hill, TN passed away November 26, 2009 at Centennial Hospital. Luke is also survived by grandparents, Lee and Michelle Atkins of Winchester, TN and Allen and Micheala Hammell of Spring Hill, TN; aunt, Allison Hammell of Spring Hill, TN; and uncle, Jon Atkins of Chattanooga, TN. Graveside service 2PM Sunday, November 29, 2009 at Spring Hill Memorial Park, Pastor Chuck Crisco officiating. Family will serve as pallbearers.
