SHORT, Miss Margie V., age 86 of Franklin, TN passed away October 3, 2013 at Claiborne & Hughes Convalescent Center. Member of Burwood United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Bill & Annie Lee Short & sister, Frankie Culberson. Survived by: nephew, Mike (Chouree) Culberson of Mt. Juliet, TN; great nephew, Michael Culberson of Mt. Juliet, TN; great nieces, Sara Culberson of Murfreesboro, TN & Joanna Culberson of Franklin, TN; great step niece, Kirsten Mullins of Smyrna, TN; great great step niece, Kyra Mullins of Smyrna, TN. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Sunday, October 6, 2013 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Rev. John Hyden officiating. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Tommy Sims, Emilio Hernandez, L.E. McKee, Jay Whittaker, Fred Clark & Neil Barnhill. Honorary pallbearers will be Van, Charlie & Ken Huff and friends & neighbors of West Meade. Memorials may be made to the Monroe Carroll Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.
