Survived by wife, Elizabeth Sylvis of Madison, AL; daughters, Lauren & Jessica Sylvis of Madison, AL & Nikki Sylvis of Tennessee; father, Carl L. Sylvis of Madison, AL & mother, Nelda Sylvis of Hickman County, TN; sisters, Tracie Sylvis of Shelbyville, TN & Jessica Sylvis; grandchildren, Jayla, Bayleigh, Owen, Aiden, & expected granddaughter Karly; best friend, Matt Calvin & a host of other friends. Services will be conducted 1:00pm Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Burial in Williamson Memorial Gardens.
