Melissa Ann McRee Huskey

Melissa Ann McRee Huskey, age 61, of Antioch, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2023. Melissa grew up in the Franklin area and graduated from Franklin High School in 1980. She loved spending time with her family, friends and beloved cats. She enjoyed life and had so much more that she wanted to do. Her absolute favorite vacation was to spend time at the beach with a cocktail. She was an avid decorator for the holidays and enjoyed listening to classic rock.  She was very proud of her Irish heritage. 
 
Melissa was preceded in death by her father, Harry McRee. She is survived by her husband, Dax Huskey; daughter, Amber Hunt Scott (Benjamin); grandchildren, Bruce and Luca Scott; mother, Ramona Luckett McRee; brother, John McRee (Shelia); beloved cats, Stevie, Doosey and Smeogol.
