Survived by wife, Loudell Kirkland Sanders of Franklin, TN; son, Roger Lamar (Janice) Sanders of Sallisaw, OK; daughter, Donna (Bill) Sumners of Franklin, TN; brother, Kenneth Sanders; sisters, Verdell Kirkland and Jean Smith; grandchildren, Benjamin, Lindsay, Garrett, Chris, Jody, Maggie, Blake and Jeffery; and great grandchild, Mina. Memorial service 2PM Sunday, January 10, 2010 at Lindsay Lane Baptist Church in Athens, AL. Graveside service 1PM Monday, January 11, 2010 at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Bill Sumners officiating. Memorials may be made to Lindsay Lane Baptist Church, Athens, AL.
