Owensby, Mr. Cecil Edward, Jr., age 72 of Franklin, TN., November 25, 2009. Preceded in death by parents Cecil E. and Cora Lee Baker Owensby. Survived by wife Marlene Owensby; sons Randy (Elise) Owensby of Roseville, CA., and Keith Owensby of Delion Springs, FL.; daughters Debi (Andy) Selby of Franklin, TN., and Peggy (Tom) Badoni of Morganton, GA.; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.; sister Carol Jean Ray of Spring Hill, TN.
