RAINEY, Jr., Mr. Milton L. "Dilly", age 49 of Franklin, TN, February 1, 2012. Preceded in death by parents, Milton L. & Sally Graves Rainey & brother, James Rainey. Survived by: stepmother, Lera Rainey; sister, Sandra (Joseph) Grant; nephews, Dustin Rainey & Joseph R. Grant; niece, Amanda Lela Grant and other loving family members. Funeral services will be conducted 2:30 PM Friday, February 3, 2012 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jonathan McElhaney officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens.
