Carter; son, David Bruce Carter & daughter, Kimberly Jo Carter. Survived by: son, Bill (Carolyn) Carter; brother O.H. Mitchell of Franklin, grandchildren, Alicia (Troy) Crawford, Amanda (Aaron) Iwanciw, Brandon(Carey) Carter; great grandchildren, Kaylie Crawford & Carter Iwanciw, all of Franklin. Funeral service will be conducted 3:00PM Sunday, April 11, 2010 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, David Claypool & Shane Scott officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Bill Carter, Mark Mitchell, Brandon Carter, Troy Crawford, Aaron Iwanciw & Matthew Mitchell. Honorary pallbearers will be Deacons & Elders of Woodland Hills Church of Christ.
