Mrs. Joyce Jarratt

JARRATT, Joyce B. age 79, passed away suddenly on November 3, 2013. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Wallace; daughters Bridget Vernon and Beverly Brandenburg; honorary granddaughter Shelby Herlong; one sister, two sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Annie Beard; her cherished sons-in-law, Michael Vernon and James Brandenburg; and five siblings. Mrs. Jarratt retired from the State of Tennessee after working 22 years as the executive administrative assistant to the District Attorney General. She is a 1952 Franklin High School graduate, who worked tirelessly on their class reunions, the last of which was in 2012. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00PM Tuesday, November 5, 2013 with visitation from 11-1PM at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Columbia Avenue, Franklin, TN, Jim Taylor officiating.
