Mrs. Tina Renee Washington, age 59, passed away Monday, June 30, 2014 at her home in Columbia, TN.
She was born June 28, 1955 in Upson County, Georgia to the late Royce Abercrombie and Sara Partridge Abercrombie.
Tina is survived by her husband, Mike Washington and their children Michael Casey Washington and his wife Jenn and Michael David Washington and his soon to be wife Krisie Tiffner. She is also survived by her siblings, Marsha Horne, Robin Camp and Roy Abercrombie.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home, Spring Hill, TN, Brother Amos Jarman officiating.
Burial was in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Newnan, GA on Saturday, July 5, 2014.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Tina's name to New Hope Academy, 1820 Downs Blvd. Franklin, TN 37064. New Hope Academy is a nonprofit school at which she taught and loved dearly.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at SPRING HILL MEMORIAL PARK, FUNERAL HOMEAND CREMATION SERVICES, 5239 Main St., Spring Hill, TN 931-486-0059. www.springhill-memorial.com
