RUMGAY, Mr. William Blaine "Bill", age 64 of Franklin, TN formerly of Saratoga Springs, New York, September 23, 2011. Retired accountant of New York State Government. Avid fan of the Grand Ole Opry. Survived by: wife, Sharon Rumgay, sons, Stephen (Chelsey) Rumgay & William (Jennifer) Rumgay; daughters, Jean Rumgay, Deborah (Ryan) Dunkelberger, Patricia Rumgay & Elizabeth (Chris) Biddle; brother, Gary Rumgay; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral Mass will be conducted 1:30 PM Monday, September 26, 2011 at St. Philip Catholic Historic Church (corner of 2nd Ave. & Main St.), Father Bala Celebrant. Funeral services will also be in New York with burial in St. Anthony Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Nashville Rescue Mission or charity of your choice.
