Nellie “Tina” Bullard Howe, age 63, of Spring Hill, TN passed away December 10, 2021. Preceded in death by parents, Emory E. Bullard and Rose Walton Rudolph; husband, Gary Howe. Survived by son, Eric Madison Howe and sister, Mary R. Balch. A graveside service will take place 1:00 PM Sunday, April 3, 2022 at Williamson Memorial Gardens with Jim Taylor officiating.
