Mr. Oswalt Shaw, age 88 of Franklin, TN, June 4, 2014. Retired as a service manager from Wholesale Heating and Air Conditioning. Preceded in death by parents, William Madison and Cynthia Oswalt Shaw; seven brothers and sisters; granddaughter, Lindsey Lane Shaw. Survived by: wife of 37 years, Christine Smithson Shaw; sons, Billy (Julie) Shaw & Barry (Kelly Childs) Shaw; grandchildren, Lane Shaw, Grace Shaw, Kelly (Nathan) Vetitoe & Kirby Cochran and other loving family members. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Dr. Lynn Hill officiating. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Nathan Vetitoe, Lane Shaw, Farris Lovett, Ben, Joe & Jerry Smithson. Honorary pallbearers, friends at Villages of Morningside. Memorials may be made to Franklin First United Methodist Church or Alive Hospice.
