Parthenia Lynn Waldrop, age 81 of Franklin, passed away Tuesday October 13, 2026. A native of Humphreys County, she was the daughter of the late John Allen and Delia Agion Burkett. She is also preceded by eight brothers and sisters.

Mrs. Waldrop is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, James, daughters Cindi (David) Gurley, Paula (Jason) Molasy, and her grandchildren; Jay Molasy (Karlie), Jacob Molasy( Amber), Savannah Gurley and Adelyn Gurley.

Mrs. Waldrop was a member of the Jehovah Witness of Franklin. Visitation will be 12:00 noon until time of Funeral Service at 2:00 PM Thursday October 15, 2026 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home with Ed Stegall officiating. Burial will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
