Robert Bilbro Andrews

Robert "Bob" Bilbro Andrews, born on July 19, 1941, in Nashville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2025, in Franklin, Tennessee. He leaves behind a legacy marked by love, dedication, and a passion for life that resonated with everyone he encountered.

Bob pursued his education at Tennessee Tech, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. His professional journey was complemented by a period of honorable service in the Army, showcasing his commitment to his country. Bob's interests extended beyond his career; he found joy on the golf course and derived delight from the melodies of his favorite band, Fleetwood Mac.

In addition to his personal pursuits, Bob treasured the time spent with his family. He is survived by his beloved children: Jonathan (Kari) Andrews, Jacquelyn Andrews, Paula (James) Bowden, M'Leah (Jeff) West Trimmer, John Matthew Schaub, Barbara (John) Nickens, and Joseph (Rhee) Schaub. Also survived by his cherished sister Carol Jean (Gene) DeMarcus. Bob also treasured his role as a grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great-grandfather, with numerous grandchildren who filled his life with joy.

Bob was preceded in death by his devoted wife, Barbara Ann Black Andrews, and his parents, Melvin & Lucille Andrews. His beloved dogs, Flash, Mendy, and Jill, who were loyal companions, also await him in remembrance.

A visitation to honor Bob will be held on August 17, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service, located at 3009 Columbia Avenue, Franklin, TN 37064. This will be followed by a funeral service starting at 3:00 PM, concluding with a burial at Williamson Memorial Gardens at 4:00 PM.

Robert "Bob" Bilbro Andrews will be dearly missed by all who knew him, and his memory will continue to inspire love and strength within his family and community.
