Ronald Larry George, born on May 8, 1945, in Pensacola, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2025, in Bellevue, Tennessee. A man deeply devoted to his faith, Ronald was known for his unwavering desire to bring the Lord to their lives and share his spiritual journey with those around him.
For over 50 years, Ronald shared his life with his beloved wife, Margaret Langlois George. Together, they built a family filled with love and devotion. He is survived by their son, Michael George, and daughter-in-law, Melissa. Ronald cherished his role as a grandfather, and he leaves behind his two dear grandchildren, Sophie Claire George and Jacob Thomas George, who brought immense joy to his life.
Ronald’s legacy is also marked by the sorrow of losing his son, Timothy David George, whose memory remains cherished by all who knew him.
A member of Concord Road Church of Christ, Ronald contributed significantly to his community and was a source of inspiration to many. His faith guided him throughout his life and left a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know him.
Friends and family are invited to honor Ronald's life at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Franklin, Tennessee. Visitation will be held on August 30, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a Funeral Service commencing at 2:00 PM. Ronald will then be laid to rest at Williamson Memorial Gardens, with the burial taking place at 3:00 PM.
Ronald Larry George’s spirit will live on in the hearts of his loving family and friends, who will forever remember him for his kindness, faith, and the gentle light he brought into their lives.
