Roy Scott Hinckley

Mr. Roy Scott Hinckley, age 78 of Rockvale, TN passed away August 22, 2025 at his home. He was born in Ashland City, TN. Roy was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a jack of all trades, spending most of his life in fabrication and working trade jobs. Roy was a Harley Davidson enthusiast, and loved small sports cars. He was a professionally trained artist and was very proud of his artwork. Roy enjoyed making model airplanes, and took great pride in his work. He is preceded in death by his wife, Glenna Diane Greathouse Hinckley. Roy is survived by his sister, Carol H. Young of Watertown, TN; great-nephews, Eric Vaughn who is currently serving in the U.S. Army and Michael Vaughn. Graveside service will be held 1:00PM Tuesday, August 26, 2025 with military honors.
