Theresa "Terry" Rogers

Theresa “Terry” Rogers, age 91 of West Springfield, MA passed away September 30, 2023. She was born in Holyoke, MA to her parents, Jeannette and Leo Marier. She met the love of her life, Charles, while they were working at Holyoke Magazine Press, and they began their 70-year life together. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jeannette and Leo Marier; stepmother Helen Marier; brother Joseph Leon Marier; stepsister Leila Ann Pringle; and youngest daughter Susan Shea. She is survived by her loving husband, Charles Rogers; children, Linda Denny, William “Billy” Rogers (Judy), and Nancy Kurty (Timothy); special daughter, Francoise Carré (Robert “Bob” MacLeod); special son, David Bell (Lisa); 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; loving cat, Maggie and several other family members. Terry led a life full of joy, generosity, and good humor. Gifted with many creative talents, Terry was an award-winning quilter. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family bowling, shopping, cooking, and sharing stories. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3PM Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home in Franklin, TN. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service beginning at 2PM. A burial ceremony will take place at a later date in West Springfield, MA.
