Thomas Jarrell Burke age 74 of Franklin, passed away Monday October 19, 2026. A native of Ross, California, he was the son of the late Eugene James and Sammie Jarrell Burke. He is also preceded in death by his brother James Burke.

Mr. Burke is survived by his loving wife Patricia Burke, his brother, John and his wife Terri, Nephews, Cody, John Jr., Levi and his nieces, Emily, MariJane, Kaia and his sister-in-law Susan Vanwarmer.

Mr. Burke was a fun, loving man that loved his family and friends dearly. He will truly be missed by all that knew him. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
